生态补偿机制的实践与反思

Research on Practical and Consideration of Mechanism for Eco-Compensation

现行的生态补偿机制缺乏对生态补偿相关目标的制定,因此它们并不能形成一个复合的系统,也不能满足维护整个生态系统生态服务功能的需求。建立有效地生态补偿机制,对完善我国环境利益及经济利益分配关系及维护整个生态系统有着极其重要的意义。

There is lacking of the aim of eco-compensation in the existing eco-compensation system. So they are not the multiple system and can not content the demand maintaining the whole eco-copmensation. It is significant of setting up the effctive eco-compensation system to perfect China＇s enviornment profit and economics profit and maintain the whole biology system.
