高校加强道德教育是迎接经济全球化的需要,要与时俱进,不断研究新形势、新情况,探索德育工作的新变化、新特点,拓展新形势下高校德育工作的新途径、新方法,采用创新和超前思维,体现高校德育工作鲜明的时代性、针对性特征,增强德育工作的科学性、艺术性与先进性,创造良好的道德教育环境,把注重教育与严格管理结合起来,增加德育工作的实效性与有效性.

Strengthening moral education in universities is to meet the requirements of economic globalization. To fulfill this, we should keep pace with the times and constantly study the new situation to explore the new changes and new features of moral education and develop the new methods of moral education. Besides, we should make the moral education more scientific, more artistic and more advanced by using innovative and forward-looking thinking to bring its distinctive up-to-date and targeted features into full play. Finally, we should create good environment for moral education and attach importance to both education and strict management so as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the moral education.
