Research on development of the exchange rate system based on unified international currency

随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,国际间的贸易与资本流动越来越大,采用什么样的汇率制度成为各国政府首要考虑的问题;文章根据现行汇率制度及其发展规律,设计一个既能保持固定汇率制度和浮动汇率制度的优点,又能克服其不足的新汇率制度,称之为IM,经模拟检验证明,IM汇率制度下汇率的波动明显地减小。

With the globalization of the world economy, the amounts of international trade and capital flow increase dramatically, so adopting what kind of exchange rate system has become the first question that the government of every country must consider. Based on the analysis of the present exchange rate systems, a new exchange rate system which is called international money（IM） is designed. The new system can maintain the merits of both the fixed exchange rate system and the floating exchange rate system and overcome their drawbacks, The simulation test results show its feasibility.
