摘要
由于装配需要,通常需要确定零件在装配情况下所能承受的极限载荷并选择合理的装配方案。文章就某变速箱内差速器壳体在装配环境下的强度进行有限元分析,并根据线性有限元分析的特点,通过推算确定该差速器在装配工况下所能承受的极限载荷,为工程技术人员提供参考依据。
In order to ensure that the components are undamaged during the assembling process, the ultimate assembly load of the component needs to be determined so that a reasonable assembly scheme can be made. In this paper, finite element analysis of the mechanical properties of a gearbox's differential shell during assembling is carried out, some computations are given based on the results of the finite element analysis, and the ultimate assembly load is gained.
