饮用水中五种卤乙酸检测方法的改进 被引量:8

摘要 为定量分析卤乙酸生成量,对水中五种卤乙酸测定方法进行研究,在实验室建立了酸化甲醇酯化衍生法测定水中卤乙酸,取得了很好的效果。10μg/L卤乙酸加标回收率为88.4%~106.1%,方法的检测限小于μg/L,相对标准偏差低于3%;同时该方法对难酯化、难革取的MCAA的检测效果较好,克服了前人检测方法的缺点。 The results of quantitative analysis of five haloacetic acids (HAAs) in water by extraction and derivatization with GC-ECD showed that the recoveries of 10 μg/L HAAs ranged from 88.4% to 106. 1%, all DLs were under μg/L, and all the relative standard deviations were below 3%. This method, which conquers the defaults of former methods, was fine for MCAA which was difficult to extract and esterify.
