摘要
氧化沟弯道处设置导流墙以改善水流流态,提高氧化沟的运行效果。目前导流墙一般采用偏心设置,偏心距由经验确定。根据导流墙下游流速分布的要求,运用水力学基本理论,导出了氧化沟导流墙偏心距的计算公式,并结合工程实际情况,对导流墙的设置进行了讨论。当氧化沟导流墙半径小于沟宽的一半时,导流墙偏心设置,导流墙偏心距一般在0.5 m左右;导流墙半径等于或大于沟宽的一半时,导流墙可以不偏心设置。
The guide wall of oxidation ditch can improve the distribution of flow velocity on downstream section and reduce resistance at bend. Generally, the guide wall is eccentrically set. The eccentricity of guide wall is experientially determined at present. According to the demands for the distribution of flow velocity on downstrearq section, the eccentricity of guide wall of oxidation ditch was theoretically educed and discussed by contrast with practical engineering. The guide wall is eccentrically set as the radius of guide wall is less than half the width of oxidation ditch. Generally, the eccentricity of guide wall of oxidation ditch is about 0.5m. While the radius of guide wall is more than or equal to half the width of oxidation ditch the guide wall can be centrically set.
