摘要
研究了5种大孔吸附树脂对朝鲜蓟茎叶浸出液中多酚的静态吸附和解吸性能,考察了pH值、浸出液浓度、洗脱液浓度等影响到吸附和解吸性能的因素,筛选出性能较好的树脂。结果表明:HPD400树脂具有较好的吸附和解吸效果。
Five kinds of macroporous resin are used to study absorptive and desorptive performance for Artichoke. The pH value, concentration of extracts and eluant affect absorptive and desorptive performance are studied. The result shows that HPD400 is a kind of good adsorption resin for artichoke.
