腹腔镜胃癌根治术后消化道重建 被引量：21

摘要 自1994年Kitano等报道腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术以来，腹腔镜手术对于早期胃癌已得到较为广泛的应用．并取得了较好的近、远期疗效，已成为日本Ⅰa期胃癌的标准手术方式之一。近年来，随着腹腔镜技术的不断提高．腹腔镜手术用于进展期胃癌的报道逐渐增多，近期疗效尚好，远期疗效还在观察中。
