内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗结直肠病变 被引量：48

摘要 随着消化内镜诊疗技术的不断发展，绝大部分结直肠息肉、早期结直肠癌和黏膜下肿瘤可以实行肠镜下的切除，而不再需要传统的剖腹手术。内镜治疗目前普遍采用的方法是内镜黏膜切除术（endoscopic mucosal resection，EMR）。EMR有多种手术方式，如透明帽吸引法（EMR-C），内镜圈套法（EMR-L）等。对于结直肠较大的平坦病变，EMR治疗只能通过分块切除的方法来进行，其结果是不能获得完整的病理学诊断资料。
