经皮X线下胃造口的临床应用

摘要 目的评价经皮X线下胃造口的临床应用价值。方法同顾性总结采用经皮X线下胃造口术的12例患者的临床资料。结果本组成功率100％，并发症发生率8．3％（1／12）．与置管程序无关，无死亡病例。结论经皮X线下胃造口放置营养管成功率高、并发症低，是一种操作简便．安全有效的方法。
