Research on Synthesis of Ethyl Carbonate by Urea Alcoholysis

摘要 本文采用尿素醇解法合成了氨基甲酸酯类化合物中的典型产品氨基甲酸乙酯。在高压反应釜中采用单因素法合成的最优条件为:乙醇与尿素的最佳摩尔比为7∶1,反应温度180℃,催化剂用量为总体系的4%。反应时间为2~3 h。在此条件下,氨基甲酸乙酯的产率可以达到92.3%。 In this paper, the typical production ethyl carbonate belonged to carbamic ester was synthesized by urea alcoholysis. In high oressure reactor, by the single factor method, the optimum synthesis conditions were: the best mole ration of urea and alcohol was 7 : 1, the reaction temperature was 180℃, the catalyst quantity was 4% in total system, the reaction time was 2-3 h. In this conditions, the yield of ethyl carbonate reached 92.3%.
