摘要 研究微波辅助提取山竹夹层中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺与条件。采用正交试验法确定提取优化条件为:90%甲醇为提取溶剂,原料与提取剂的固液比1∶100,微波功率800 W,微波提取时间15 s,提取次数两次。对比传统溶剂提取法,微波辅助提取的一次提取量是传统溶剂提取法的1.65倍,提取时间则是后者的1/80。 Studied microwave-assisted extraction technology and conditions of flavone from garcinia mangostana L.. Determined optimum conditions of MAE by orthogonal experiments were as follows : 90% methanol as extractant, the marinating ratio of raw materials to extractant was 1 : 100, microwave power was 800 W for 15 s per time, the numbers of extracted times were twice. Compared with conventional solvent extractions, the yield was 1.65 times and the extracted time was 1/80 than the latter one.
