摘要
锅炉结垢不但使传热系数降低,还容易导致发生爆管事故,同时也会产生过量排污、浪费燃料和浪费水资源等一系列问题。加强水处理可以优化水质有利于锅炉的防垢、除垢及保障安全,不但能提高锅炉热效率,还可以降低锅炉排污率,节约水资源,改善工作环境。此外,采用优化燃料、冷凝水再生技术也有助于提高锅炉热效率。运用以上方法可达到节能降耗的最终目的。
The water scale-formation of the boiler can cause serious problems, which not only decreased the heating efficiency but also conduced some terrible accident, for instance: bursting boiler tubes. The excessive blow-off, high fuel consumption and wasting of water resources may also happen at the same time. To enhance the water treatment will be improved water quality, it will make for resistance of water scale-forming, removing the scale-forming material and to ensure safety. It will not only increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and also decrease the rate of blow-off, saving water resources and improving working environment. Both fuel optimization and condensation water regeneration can be increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler and to approach the final objective of saving energy and reducing energy consumption.
