摘要
本文建立了用反相离子对色谱法测定工业三聚氰胺含量的方法。采用C18 ODS为色谱柱,以水—三乙胺—高氯酸为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为215 nm。结果表明,该方法的样品加标回收率为101.6~105.6%,检测限为0.044μg/L。该方法操作简便、无毒、快速及灵敏度高。
This paper established a method of reversed phase ion pair chromatography for determination of melamine for industrial use. The chromatographic conditions included a C18 ODS and the mobile phase consisting of water-triethylamine-perchloric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the wavelength of ultraviolet detector was set at 215 nm. Results showed that the recovery rate and detection limit of the method were 101.6-105.6% and 0.044 μg/L respectively. The method was simple, innoxious, rapid and high sensitive.
