在涂料生产过程中,粉料占其原料的比例较大,且品种多。传统的人工投料粉尘大、污染大,不但对生产操作人员的身体健康有危害,而且还会影响产品质量、造成环境污染。随着现代科学技术的发展,PLC及其上位机自动控制系统在生产上的广泛应用,通过认真分析和设备选型,加强生产现场管理,使得气力输送装置在涂料行业得到了成功的应用,涂料的生产过程将会越来越健康、环保。

In process of coatings manufacture, a mass kinds of powdery raw material were used. Traditional manpower powder-feeding produced dust and pollution, which did harm to health, affected preduct quality, and polluted environment. With development of modern science and technology, widely application of PLC and PC autocontrol system in production, by seriously analysis and equipment choice, and strengthen the management of production scene, air-transportation equipment had been successfully used in coatings industry, and the process of coatings manufacture would be more healthy and environment-friendly.
