摘要
文章用数据说明了当前实现2010年节能降耗目标的极端严峻性,阐述了工业企业在全国节能降耗中的重要地位、存在的主要问题以及实现节能降耗的途径。指出在党中央和国务院强力推动下,实现2010年节能降耗的约束性指标是有希望的。
The paper explained the extreme stenraess for realizing the goal of energy saving and loss reducing in 2010 using the data, and elaborated the important position of industrial enterprises in nation-wide energy saving and loss reducing, the major problems and the way of realizing energy saving and loss reducing. It is pointed out that under the stiff promotion of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, to realize the restrained index of energy saving and loss reducing in 2010 is prospective.
