煤粉锅炉高温空气点火技术开发与应用

摘要 我国燃煤电厂锅煤炉数量众多,常规电厂煤粉锅炉普遍采用燃料点火,此点火方式耗油量非常大,因此研究和应用燃煤电厂无(少)油点火技术很有必要。由中国电力投资集团公司承担的国家"863计划"课题(编号为2003AA529280),研究开发了煤粉锅炉高温空气点火技术,并形成了自主知识产权,目前该技术已进入推广应用阶段。文章介绍了该技术的工作原理、试验研究情况、应用实例及取得的节能效果。 There are many boilers in coal-fired power plant in China. The oil-fired ignition for pulverized coal boiler in conventional power plant is adopted, which makes a big quantity of oil consumption, therefore it is necessary to research and apply no or less oil-fired ignition technology for coal-fired power plant, The program 2003AA529280 of national" 863 plan" engaged by China Electric Power Investment Grotrp researched and developed the ignition technology of high temperature air for pulverized coal boiler, which has formed proprietary intellectual property rights, and now, this technology has entered to popularize the application stage, The paper introduced the working principle, test research condition, application example and the effect of energy saving for this technology.
