互感器油中非故障引起的总烃含量超标现象探析 被引量:1

摘要 互感器在运行中出现油中总烃含量超标的现象目前较为突出,因构成总烃的主要组分为甲烷气体,故作者认为总烃量超标并非由故障引起。文章对设备在非故障状态下油中产生高浓度甲烷的原因提出了几种不同看法,并通过分析后提出了一种新观点:在一些互感器油中存在着某种芳烃加氢脱甲基生成甲烷的化学反应条件,因设备的运行有利于该反应进行,便导致了油中总烃含量的超标。 The phenomenon of over-proof of total hydrocarbon content in transformer oil in operation is relatively outstanding, since the major content of total hydrocarbon is methane gas, so it is not aroused by fault. The paper put forward some kinds of different views for the reason of producing higher density methane in equipment under state of non-fault, and after the analysis presented a kind of new viewpoint. In some transformer oils, the certain condition of chemical reaction is existed for making flagrant hydrocarbon hydrogenation generate methane, when the service condition of equipment is helpful for this chemistry reaction, it can cause the over-proof of total hydrocarbon content in transformer oil in operation.
