摘要
介绍了1台600MW机组的高中压转子低频异常振动,分析了这种低频振动的原因是汽流激振。对汽流激振的机理和振动特征进行了分析,进而提出了对汽流激振应采取的对策。同时介绍了采取一些措施后机组的振动情况。
The abnormal low-frequency vibration of high and intermediate pressure rotors of one 600 MW steam turbine unit is described in the paper.The analysis indicates that such kind vibration results from steam-excited.The mechanism and features of steam-excited vibration are analyzed. From adjusting the operation modes and improving the system damping etc. aspects, the inhibition measures of steam-excited vibration are given out,and the vibration status of units after the measures are taken is briefed.
