摘要
主蒸汽压力是蒸汽品质的重要体现,协调控制的大容量火电机组,引起主蒸汽压力波动的最主要内因就是燃料的过调,文中从调节参数、磨煤机的启停、煤质的变化和负荷的变化等4个方面对燃料过调的影响进行了分析并提出了一定的解决办法,同时也分析了减温水量对主汽压力的影响。
Main steam pressure is an important index of steam quality.For the coordinated controlled large size thermal power units, the most main cause of main steam pressure fluctuation is the overshooting of fuel. The paper analyzes the impact of fuel overshooting fi'om the regulation parameters,the start-up and shutdown of coal pulverizer,the change of coal grade and the variation of load etc.four aspects and puts forward some resolving methods.Also the impact of desuperheating water quantity on the main steam pressure is analyzed.
