直视下病变隔膜切除治疗布-加综合征(附172例报告)

Treatment of Budd Chiari syndrome with septum resection of the lesion under the direct view(172 cases report)

１９９０年５月至１９９５年１０月应用病变隔膜切除术治疗膜型布－加综合征１７２例。术中以球囊控制肝、腔静脉血流。在常温、直视下切除病变隔膜。手术死亡率２．９％（５／１７２），有效率８６．６％（１４９／１７２），复发率１０．５％（１８／１７２）。认为直视下病变隔膜切除创伤较小，不用体外循环即能完成，下腔静脉内不留病变隔膜碎片，是治疗膜型布－加综合征的有效方法。

Resect of pathological membrane in IVC under direct vision for the treatment of Budd Chiari Syndrome.Zhang Shuijun,Zhao Longshuan,Xu Peiqin.Department of Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital,Henan Medical University,Zhengzhou 450052 From May of 1990 to October of 1995,172 cases sufferd from Budd Chiari syndrome of membranous obstruction type were treated with resection of pathological membrane in the inferior vena cava(IVC)under direct vision.The resuts shown that effective rate was 86 6%(149/172),recurence rate was 10 5%(18/172)and mortality was 2 9%(5/172).The method can be performed without extracorporeal circulation and the fragment of the membrane will not be left with in IVC.It is considered as a effective method for the treatment of membranous obstruction of IVC.
