摘要 研究了采用含氟乳液作水性防火涂料的成膜物质时,防火助剂体系种类及比例对水性防火涂料性能的影响。实验结果表明采用MEL-CP复合发泡体系时,两者比例为2∶1时碳质层防火性能最好。聚磷酸铵(APP)-三聚氰胺(MEL)-季戊四醇(PER)和APP-MEL-三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MPP)-PER两不同防火助剂体系的组分比例分别为1.6∶1∶2和3.2∶1∶1∶4时碳质层的综合性能最好。 In this work, fluoride emulsion was used as film forming material. The influence of the proportion of two different fire retarding agent systems(ammonium polyphosphate(APP)-melamine (MEL)-pentaerythritol (PER)and APP-MEL-MPP-PER)on the properties of water-based fire retardant coatings was investigated. The results showed that when MEL and chloroparaffin(CP) were used as compound foaming agent,the optimum ratio was 2 : 1. Meanwhile, when the proportion of the two fire retarding agent systems was 1.6 : 1 : 2 and 3.2 : 1 : 1 : 4 respectively, the coatings perform priority properties.
