摘要
昆虫细胞-杆状病毒表达体系给生物杀虫剂的工业化生产带来了希望。为了提高杆状病毒在昆虫细胞中的复制量并大规模生产生物杀虫剂,高性能、低成本培养基的选取十分必要。将Grace's培养基与IPL-41及Schneider's培养基的组分进行比较后,以Grace's为基础,向其中加入酵母提取物、水解乳蛋白、氨基酸以及钼、锰等微量元素进行改善,用于培养细胞HzAm1,最大细胞浓度提高了190.2%,改进效果明显。
Insect cell-baculovirus expression system is emerging a hopeful future for the industrial production of bio-insecticides. In order to improve the baculovirus replication in insect cells and be feasible in bio-insecticide production on large scale, the selection of high-performance and low-cost medium is quite necessary. In this study, compared to media IPL-41 and Schneider's, medium Grace's is improved through the addition of yeast extract, lactalbumin hydrolysate, amino acids, manganese, molybdenum and etc. It is indicated that the insect cells HzAml concentration is greatly raised by 190.2% when cultivated with this modified Grace's medium.
