摘要
利用微波消解技术对玻璃样品进行快速消解,并用氟硅酸钾法测定其SiO2含量。对0.1 g试样,消解剂浓HNO3和浓HF溶液加入量分别为9 mL和2 mL,消解压力分别为1.0 MPa和2.0 MPa,消解时间分别为1 min和4 min,共计5 min,远少于常规高温碱熔法分解的时间。用此法测定了2种玻璃标准物质和3种玻璃样品,测定结果分别与标准值和传统方法一致,可用于玻璃中SiO2含量的快速测定。
A rapid microwave digestion method for the determination of SiO2 in glass by volumetric analysis is studied. For 0.1 g glass sample,addition of HNO3 and HF are 9 mL and 2 mL, the digestion pressure is 1.0 MPa and 2.0 MPa, and the digestion time is 1 min and 4 min, total 5 min. It consumes far less time than routine high temperature melting method. The determination results of glass standard sample are in accordance with the standard values. The determination results of three glass samples are also in accordance with those of conventional method. It can be used in the rapid determination of SiO2 in glass.
