分析了我国物流企业现状,研究了服务柔性能力内涵,提出从三个层面研究发展物流企业服务柔性能力。
The paper analyzes the present situation of China logistics enterprises,studies the connotation of service flexible ability of logistics enterprises and puts forward how to develop the ability.
