摘要
在对正在规划中的杏林铁路物流园区未来几年可能达到的物流量预测的基础上,提出与此预测规模相对应的园区功能定位,以及实现这些功能的相关建议。同时,对于园区建设前期的融资方法和后期的管理措施也提出了相应的建议。
Based on forecasting the future logistics capacity of Xinglin Railway Logistics Park in programming,the paper gives out some suggestions on the function orientation of the park,how to fulfill the functions,how to finance ahead of construction and how to manage after the construction.
