摘要
设计了一种基于ARM硬件平台和嵌入式Windows CE操作系统的电声警报控制器.系统采用SD卡存储器,警报音频长度不受限制,更改报文内容方便,并实现音频实时录播.数字化音频技术的采用,改善了系统性能,装备声源失真度优于0.5%,提高了人防警报发放质量,改进了报知效果.
The paper designed an electroacoustic alert controller based on a hard platform of ARM and oparation system of Windows CE. SD card to store data file being used, so the length of alert audio-file is not limited. It is advantageous to change the alert content. The system sralizes playing audio real time. The using of technoloty of digital adiuo improves the performance of the system. The distortion of sound source is less than 0.5 %. The device improves the quality of sending antiaircraft alarrm and the effect of notifying.
