摘要
阐述了采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,简称PLC)实现1.2MeV工业辐照用高频高压电子加速器控制系统的设计方案.重点介绍了加速器的控制组成原理、抗干扰、安全可靠性系统和扫描仪的技术指标控制以及PLC工作原理、技术指标、编程组态,实现信号采集、测量、控制、保护等.本方案可以较方便地实现计算机操作和管理.
Through the analysis of the design of a computer control system for 1.2 MeV high frequency and high voltage electron accelerator on PLC, this article is to introduce the theory of accelerating control and composition, anti - interfere and safety reliability system, and the technical target control of scanner. PLC operational principle, technical target, programme configuration, implement signal collection, measure, control, protect, and make the computer operation and management more convenient.
