摘要
以硅胶为载体,采用浸渍法制备了H3PW12O40-TiO2/SiO2催化剂.利用IR、TG-DTA、XRD、XPS对其结构进行表征.研究结果表明,催化剂中的活性组分二氧化钛为锐钛矿型,磷钨酸仍保持其Keggin结构的基本骨架,二氧化钛及磷钨酸二者均与载体之间存在着化学作用.通过对染料罗丹明B的超声光催化降解研究发现,含4gH3PW12O40的TiO2溶胶浸渍在11gSiO2上的催化效果最佳,且H3PW12O40可明显提高TiO2超声光催化降解罗丹明B的降解率.
H3PW12O40 -TiO2/SiO2 catalysts are prepared by impregnation method, with the silica gel acting as the supporter of the catalysts. The structure of the catalysts was also determined by IR,TG -DTA ,XRD and XPS. The results show that TiO2 in the catalysts exist as the type of anatase and the phosphotungstic acid still keep the elementary framework of the Keggin structure. In addition, the bonding action exists between TiO2 and the phosphotungstic acid. The ultrasonic and photocatalytic degradation to rhodamine B solution as simulative dyestuff is researched on the H3PW12O40 -TiO2/SiO2 catalysts. The optimal composition of catalyst is 4g H3PW12O40 on 11g SiO2. Moreover, H3PW12 O40 can obviously improve the ultrasonic and photocatalytic degradation ratio of rhodamine B.
