摘要
子午线展开轮是钢球表面质量检测仪中的关键零件,由于其曲面特征复杂,实体模型一直很难建立.本文采用UG NX 2.0软件对该展开轮进行参数化设计,提出了一种规律曲线结合自由曲面特征相结合的混合建模方法,生成子午线展开轮实体模型,利用该模型最终可以实现展开轮的数控加工和快速成型.结果表明,该设计方法实现了复杂曲线曲面轮廓零件实体的虚拟设计,具有较强的应用价值.
Meridian unfolding wheel is a key part in steel ball surface checking devlce, its entity model is always difficult to build for its complex surface characters. This paper applies parametric design in meridian unfolding wheel' s building, and puts forward a mix modeling method by combining law curve with free form modeling in UG NX 2. 0 software. Using the model of meridian unfolding wheel, we can implement unfolding wheel' s NC and rapid prototyping manufacturing. Tested by application, this method improves design efficiency and design level, realizes virtual design in complex curve and surface part to some extent, and is of great value in application.
