针对企业孵化器运行绩效评价问题,通过建立企业孵化器运行绩效评价指标体系,并应用变异系数法确定评价指标体系的权重,实现了对不同企业孵化器的运行绩效进行综合评价.应用上述方法对黑龙江省10家省级企业孵化器运行绩效进行了评价.结果表明,该方法原理清晰易懂,计算简单并具有较强的可操作性和实用性.

To solve the question of performance evaluation on enterprise incubators, a set of index system is established used to evaluate the performance of enterprise incubators, and to decide the weight of indices by using variation coefficient method. Finally, the paper employs the above - mentioned method to evaluate 10 provincial enterprise incubators in Heilongjiang province.
