摘要
阐述了硅土的结构、性质和加工工艺,对硅土在NR/SBR中的应用进行了研究,并且分别比较了硅土与炭黑、碳酸钙和陶土补强橡胶的差异。结果表明,与炭黑相比,硅土可以提高橡胶的动态力学性能、回弹和耐热氧老化性能,且胶料的综合力学性能得到提高。
In this paper, we described the structure, properties and process technics of siliceous earth. The application of siliceous earth in NR/SBR was studied, and the effect of siliceous earth filler on property of rubber was compared with carbon black, CaCO3 and pottery clay filler.The results showed that when filled with siliceous earth, the vulcanization characteristic, mechanical properties and resistance to aging of rubber were reproved markedly than carbon black, the comprehensive properties of vulcanizate were improved significantly.
