摘要
采用干法工艺,对甘肃平凉膨润土进行钠化改性,分别从不同钠化剂(碳酸钠、氯化钠、氢氧化钠)的选择和配比、钠化高混时间、自然放置时间等因素对钠化土性能的影响进行了研究。用FTIR和XRD对钠化土进行分析,结果表明,钠化土在不改变原土结构的同时发生了阳离子交换,层间距明显增大。
The bentonite from Pingliang, Gansu Province was converted into Na-bentonite with dried-making technology. The study learned the effect of Na-activation conversion agent(Na2CO3, NaCl, NaOH), the Na-activation high-speed mixing time and laid time in air at room temperature on the properties of Na-bentonite. The Na-bentonite was analysed by FT IR and XRD. The result of experiments showed that the properties of converted bentonite have been improved and the space between layers has been enlarged.
