Techniques of Raising Wear Resistance for Ceramics Particle

高耐磨陶瓷微珠是非金属矿业的基础材料。通过对微珠陶瓷制造工艺过程的技术实验和大生产实践的总结,结合理论分析,本文对提高陶瓷微珠的耐磨性,提出了相应的措施,即优化原料中铝耐磨瓷的配方和加工工艺,开发微晶型高铝耐磨瓷,改进成型和烧成工艺等。

High perfomance wearable ceramics particle is a basic material for further processing of non-metallic minerals industry. Based on technology experiments, practice experience of industrial production and theoretical analyzing, this paper put forth some countermeasurs of raising wear resistance of ceramics particle, such as optimizing formula and processing technology of ceramics particle, developing microcrystal wear-resisting rich-alumina ceramics as raw material and improving forming and sintering technology etc.
