硫化剂DTDM在NBR中应用的探讨

该文研究了以DTDM为硫化剂的硫化体系配合对NBR性能的影响。结果表明,DTDM硫化的NBR具有与TT硫化NBR相似的性能,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、伸长率较高,耐老化性较好;其硫化配合体系中DTDM用量以3份左右为好,促进剂以NOBS为佳;并用硫黄或TT后能改善胶料的某些性能。

Studying influence of the DTDM vulcaizing system on properties of the NBR,the results showed that the NBR compound properties vulcaized by the DTDM is similar to by the TT. The tensile strength and tear strength, elongation are higher, and the antiaging property is good too. It is good that the DTDM dosage is 3 or so and accelerator is the NOBS. When the DTDM is blending with sulfur or the TT,the some properties can be improved.
