摘要
根据某地煤矿用同步电动机定子绕组的烧损情况,分析出原因有三:一是电机的绝缘老化,二是绕组的绝缘创伤,三是绕组的积尘受潮。同时介绍了烧损绕组的局部修复处理方法。对重型机械厂同步电动机转子断条的情况进行了分析,其原因是主回路断路器故障。并介绍了转子断条的原地维修方法。另外,还介绍了用毫伏表检测转子励磁绕组接地点的简便方法。
According to the analysis, the burning of synchronous motor stator winding is due to three causes: insulation aging, insulation damage, dust and moisture accumulation in the winding. In this paper, method of locally repairing burned winding is presented. Analysis is also carded out on the broken bar of synchronous motor rotor, and shows that it is caused by main circuit breaker fault. Intact repairing method for the broken rotor bars is introduced. On the other hand, the easy method to detect grounding point of rotor excitation winding with millivoltmeter is described.
