摘要
以D4或DMC、乙烯基双封头、乙烯基环体等为原料,以四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂合成了不同摩尔质量的乙烯基硅油;以高含氢硅油、含氢双封头、六甲基二硅氧烷、D4合成实验所需的交联剂低含氢硅油;以白炭黑、乙烯MQ树脂为补强填料,以二甲基硅油为稀释剂制备纺织商标用透明液体硅橡胶。分别探讨了乙烯基硅油的粘度、白炭黑的比表面积和用量、乙烯MQ树脂的用量、二甲基硅油用量与铂金络合物和抑制剂的用量、固化(硬化)剂的用量对纺织商标用液体硅橡胶物理力学和加工工艺性能的影响。实验表明,所制备的纺织商标用透明液体硅橡胶在物理力学和加工工艺性能上基本达到甚至超出国内外同类产品。
Using D4 or DMC, divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane, tetravinyl tetramethyl cyclo tetrasiloxane as raw materials and Tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst, we synthesize a high molecular weight of vinyl silicone oil. Concentrate hydrosilicone oil, tetramethyl dihydro disiloxane, hexamethyldisiloxane and D4 were used to synthesize the cross linker of low-hydro silicone oil required in experiments. With MQ resin as reinforce filling materials, dimethicone as dilution agent, the transparen- cy liquid silicone that used in spinning trademark was prepared by fumed silica. The effect of specific surface areas and amounts of white carbon black, the amounts of ethylene MQ resin, firming agent, dimethicone, platinum complex compound and inhibitor on the processing performance of the liquid silicone were discussed respectively. After a lot of researches and exploring development, transparency liquid silicone have been sequently developed by our company, of which the physical and processing performance are basically met or exceeded that of the similar foreign products.
