摘要
研究了镁系酸吸收剂在CM过氧化物与TCHC硫化体系中的作用。结果表明,在过氧化物体系中,硫化胶初始物理性能及耐热老化性能随MgO活性降低而降低,且都优于超细Mg(OH)2;而在EataMix TCHC硫化体系中,MgO活性对物理性能的影响很小,超细Mg(OH)2做酸吸收剂与高活性MgO相当,完全可代替昂贵的高活性MgO以降低制造成本。
Through the experiment, we studied the influence of magnesium based compounds on the CM crosslinked rubber. The result showed that,in the peroxide cure system, the physical properties and heat resistance of crosslinked CM were improved with the activity of MgO. Compounded with Mg(OH)2 is worse. And in the TCHC cure system,the influence of activity of MgO on properties is approximate. So the acid acceptor can be the Mg(OH)2 can instead of high activity MgO to reduce the cost.
