The effect of cryopreservation of human 2-8 cell embryo by the EDS-40 vitrification solutions

目的：研究EDS-40玻璃化液冻贮人2—8细胞胚胎的效果。方法：将EDS-40与EFS-40玻璃化液对照进行研究，随机选用人2—8细胞胚胎．分别加入EDS-40及EFS-40玻璃化液处理后装管并迅速投入液氮中冻贮，均冻贮2～3个月后解冻复苏，观察胚胎存活率。结果：EDS-40玻璃化液冻贮人胚胎的存活率高于EFS-40玻璃化液（51．6％vs46．6％），但无明显统计学差异（p〉0．05）。结论：EDS-40液是一种较好的新玻璃化液，其冻贮人胚胎后胚胎的复苏存活率高于经典的EFS-40液。

Objective：To study the cryoprotective effect of EDS-40 vitrification solutions on human 2-8cells embryos. Methods：Compare the survival rate of the human embryos in EDS-40 and EFS-40 vitrification solutions. Human 2-8 cell embryos were collected and were vitrified in EDS-40 and EFS-40 vitrification solutions and then they were packaged in 0.25ml plastic straws and immersed into liquid nitrogen respectively. All cryoprotective embryos were rewarmed, the survival rate were observed after about 2-3 months cryopreservition. Result：The survival rate of freezing-thawing human embryos in EDS-40 vitrification solutions is higher than that in EFS-40 vitrification solutions（51.6%vs46.6%,p〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The EDS-40 solutions was a better new vitrification solutions. The effect of EDS-40 vitrification solution is higher than that of EFS-40 vitrification solutions on cryopreserving human 2-8 cells embryos.
