摘要
目的:了解在肿瘤细胞中、一些药物、致畸物引起的突变细胞中姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)率的变化。方法:查阅近几年来有关文献资料,了解SCE率改变情况。结果:肿瘤细胞及突变细胞中SCE率与正常组相比较均有显著性差异。结论:姐妹染色单体交换作为一种简便而又敏感的遗传学指标,可以快速筛选致突变物、致癌物,在毒理、临床、环境诱变和肿瘤研究等领域中的应用十分广泛。
Objective: To study the changes of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) rate in the mutator cell of tumor cell and mutagenized by drug or teratogen. Methods: To review the documents and summarize the changes of SCE rate. Results: The SCE rate all had significant differences in contrast with normal groups. Conclusion: SEC rate could cull teratogen and carcinogen speedily as a simple and convenient and sensitive index of genetics. It could be applied widely to domain as toxicology, clinical medicine, environment mutagenicity, tumor research and so on.
