摘要
目的观察双水平(BiPAP)呼吸机治疗老年急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法对30例老年急性呼吸衰竭患者进行BiPAP呼吸机治疗,观察治疗前后血气及症状、体征的变化。结果治疗后21例患者PaO2、SaO2、pH升高,R、HR、PaCO2、HCO3下降,患者症状改善。9例患者治疗无效改为有创通气。结论无创通气对大部分COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者有效,但需选择合适的适应证,必要时及时改用有创通气。
Objective To evaluate the application of noninvaslve ventilation in patients with acute respiratory failure. Methods 30 cases with aged acute respiratory failure were selected by blood- gas analysis as the subjects. Besides standard treatments the subjects were treated with noninvasive ventilation. At the same time, the values of breath rate, plama pH, PaO2, PaCO2, HCO3 were tested before and after noninvasive ventilation. Results All the indexes of the blood- gas in 21 cases changed remarkably after performing noninvasive ventilation treatment,the other 9 cases were inefficient and invasive ventilation was performed. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation treatment is definitely valuable for patients with acute respiratory failure. However, if the patient＇s condition fails to be improved, invasive and mechnical ventilation are indicated.
