摘要
目的 了解和掌握目前全国学龄儿童尿碘水平。方法 采用人口比例概率抽样方法(PPS),各省分别抽取30所小学,在被抽到的小学中随机抽取12名8~10岁儿童,检测尿碘。结果 2005年全国8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为246.3μg/L,西藏、海南儿童尿碘中位数〈100μg/L,新疆儿童尿碘〈50μg/L所占的百分比在20%以上。结论 根据2005年的监测结果,目前一些省份儿童尿碘中位数偏高,建议碘盐的质量浓度还应做适当的调整.以真正达到科学补碘的目的。
Objective To investigate the level of urinary iodine children children school-age children in China. Methods Sampling method of probability proportional to size (PPS) was adopted in 30 schools in each provioce in China, where urinary iodine of 12 pupils of each were sampled and detected. Results At the national level, the median urinary iodine of children aged 8 - 10 years old is 246.3 μg/L in China. Tibet, Hainan the median urinary iodine are less than 100 μg/L, in Xinjiang precentage of samples which urinary iodine contents are less than 50 μg/L in mone than 20%. Conclusions According to surveillance data in 2005, the median urinary iodine was high in some provinces. The concentration of iodine salt might be adjusted to ensure the proper amount of iodine intake.
