热休克蛋白60在人膀胱癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨热休克蛋白60在膀胱癌的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)检测热休克蛋白60在50例膀胱移行细胞癌标本和15例正常膀胱组织中的表达。结果热休克蛋白60阳性表达率在膀胱癌和正常膀胱黏膜分别为62%和20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同病理分级和临床分期的膀胱癌中热休克蛋白60的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热休克蛋白60在膀胱癌发生和发展中起重要作用,它的表达与膀胱癌细胞分化,肿瘤的浸润深度密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of heat shock protein 60(HSP60) in the bladder transitional cell careinoma(BTCC) .Methods Fifty specimens of carcinoma tissues and normal bladder mucosa tissues were examined by S- P immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of HSP60 in carcinoma tissues was 62.0% ,significantly higher than that of 20.0% in normal bladder mucosa tissues( P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of BTCC was significantly correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stages( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions That HSP60 may play an important role in the genesis and development of BTCC and the expression of HSP60 is closely associated with the differentiation of BTCC and its depth of invasion.
