和谐社会视角下的大学生诚信就业思考

On College Students' Honest Employment in a Harmonious Society

和谐社会首先是一个诚信社会,高校毕业生诚信就业是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,而近年来大学生失信现象屡见媒体,大学生就业市场中的诚信问题涉及毕业生、用人单位、政府、高校等多方面;从大学生就业失信行为的表现和危害进行分析,提出了构建和谐社会事业中采取有效措施预防和控制毕业生就业过程中的失信行为、促进大学生诚信就业的策略。

＂ A harmonious society is first of all a society of honesty, and college students＂ honest employment takes an important part in a harmonious society. However, cases of students＇dishonest employment have been frequently reported. This problem concerns many walks of social life, students, companies that provide job opportuni- ties, government, and colleges, etc. By examining the phenomenon of college students＇dishonest employment and its negative impact, this paper puts forward some strategies that can prevent and control dishonest employment during students＇job hunting process, and hence enhancing a society of harmony, particularly of honest employment.
