中国-东盟《服务贸易协议》签署后,将有大规模东盟外资投向中国的服务行业。本文主要从放宽外商投资限制、提供融资便利、引导外资向服务业倾斜、健全监控机制、改善投资方式和促进投资企业本土化等方面阐述了吸引东盟在华投资服务业的相关对策。

After signing Chinese - Association of Southeast Asian Nations ＂Service Trade Agreement＂, large-scale foreign capital form Association of Southeast Asian Nations will go to China＇s service industry.Mainly from the relaxation of the foreign investmerit limit, financing convenience, the guidance of foreign capital inclines to service industry, the perfect monitoring mechanism, the improvement of investment way and the promotion of investment enterprise localization,this article elaborates the counter- measllres against attracting hte investment of Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Chinese service industry.
