摘要
针对目前黑龙江省煤炭行业高层次人才短缺的状况,分析了该省煤炭行业人才短缺的原因,提出了解决高层次人才短缺的对策。该对策也可有效解决我国煤炭行业高层次人才短缺的问题。其中的一些方法已经运用到实际中,并取得了良好的效果。这对黑龙江省的煤炭企业发展具有重要指导意义。
The article brought forward the countermeasures against high level talented persons in Heilongjiang Province at present, and analyzes the reasons .The are also the effective way to solve the same promblem in our country. Some methods are already been used in reality. And it has obtained good effect. This has important guiding sense to Heilongjiang Province and even the national coal enterprise .
