小针刀治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Acuptome in Treatment of Osteoarthritis

目的观察小针刀疗法对膝骨关节炎关节功能的改善作用及疗效稳定性。方法临床收治膝骨关节炎患者78例,随机分为针刀组与药物组,两组均配合膝关节牵引疗法。结果针刀组与药物组均对膝骨关节炎有治疗作用,两组比较无明显差异;3个月后复查效果显示,针刀组疗效稳定程度明显优于药物组。结论小针刀疗法可以改善膝骨关节炎的功能障碍,减轻疼痛,保持关节活动度,且疗效具有较长期的稳定性。

Objective： To observe the change of joint function about the osteoarthritis treated by acuptome, and do some research about the future clinical efficacy. Methods： We compared the treatment group to control group （Indometacin） to observe the difference of the clinical efficacy. Results： we found that there no significant difference of clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the Indometacin group, whereas, there significant of clinical efficacy after three months between the two group. Conlusion： Acuptome can improve the knee function and relieve the pain, which clinical efficacy would steady.
