摘要
目的观察气虚型胸痹模型大鼠的发病机制与血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)水平变化的关系。方法采用冠状动脉结扎复制冠心病心气虚模型,分为模型组、药物反证组、针药结合反证组、正常组,测定血清中VEGF、cTnI含量。结果药物反证组、针药结合反证组较模型大鼠血清中VEGF和cTnI的含量明显降低,模型组较正常组大鼠血清中VEGF和cTnI的含量明显升高。结论血清VEGF、cTnI水平的变化与气虚型胸痹的发病机制有一定的相关性。
Objective: To observe the relationship of the nosogenesis of the deficiency of vital energy model thoracic obstruction and the pathogenesy blood serum vascular endothelial cell growth factor and Cardiac troponin Ⅰ. Method: To copy the models of coronary heart disease deficiency of heart - energy with coronary artery ligation which are divided into the sample group,the medicine counterevideace group,the acupuncture combining Chinese medicine counterevideace groups, the normal group. The VEGF, cTnI in the blood serum is determined. Result: Compare wih the sample group, the VEGF, cTnI in the blood serum of the medicine counterevideace group, the acupuncture combining Chinese medicine counterevideace groups degraded significantly. The VEGF, cTnI in the blood serum of the normal group is higher than that of the sample group. Conclusion: There is invariably dependability between the change of the pathogenesy blood serum vascular endothelial cell growth factor and cardiac troponin Ⅰ and the nosogenesis of the deficiency of vital energy model thoracic obstruction.
