摘要
知识是维持企业竞争优势的重要资源,对企业发展具有战略意义。ERP是一个动态管理系统,在企业管理中发挥了整合作用。本文论述了显性知识、隐性知识的,特点、转化,以及ERP系统在知识管理过程中发挥的重要作用。
Knowledge is the important resource to improve the performance and keep the continuous competitive advantage. The strategic significance is just at here. ERP not only provide the corporation with storage ability, but also play an important role in the knowledge integration. In this paper, we discuss explicit knowledge, implicit knowledge, their features, their change and the important role of ERP system in the course of knowledge management.
