摘要 皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤属结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤，以CD4^＋的记忆性辅助T淋巴细胞在皮肤上的恶性克隆性扩增为特征。其分类采用WHO-EORTC分类。其预后由年龄、TNM分期、临床分期等多种因素决定。皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤的治疗方法多种多样，除了常用的局部外用药物、系统性药物及物理治疗外，目前尚有一些处于临床试验阶段的治疗方法。 Cutaneous T cell lymphoma （ CTCL ）, a kind of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma, is characterized by clonal malignancy of memory T helper cells in skin. It is classified according to the WHO-EORTC classification criteria. Its prognosis is dependant on patient＇s age, TNM staging, clinical stage and other factors. Treatment options for CTCL vary, including topical and systemic medicaments, as well as physiotherapy, and some therapies are still under clinical trials.
